Nicholas P. Senadenos has been an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 1988. He attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and worked as an internal auditor for a major hotel chain before joining the practice in 1987.

Prior to life in the Bay Area, Nick lived in Tennessee where his 2 kids and 5 grandkids currently reside. In his spare time, Nick is a video DJ for his business Nick's Music By The Bay. He enjoys dancing, building model ships, visiting his family and all types of mythology. 

Michael P. Senadenos has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance. He has been in the public accounting field since 1981 and officially opened his own practice in Fremont, California in 1985.

After getting a start in coaching his son's 3rd grade basketball team, Mike has been a basketball coach for various Fremont schools since the early 90's and is currently the Washington High School Girls Varsity coach. In 2002, Mike founded Fremont Shakers, a non-profit organization which develops young baller's (grades 2-9) technique, skills and love for the game. 

Mike resides in Fremont, CA and works alongside his wife Susan. On the weekend, you can find Mike playing ball or enjoying time with his 8 grandkids. 

Jason Senadenos has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014.  He graduated from Bethany University in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and has been working in the field of accounting since he joined the firm in 2008.

Jason resides in Fremont, CA with his wife Hannah. On the side, Jason runs a recording studio called Audio Lodge, and also plays the drums for various bands on the weekend. In his spare time you can find Jason hiking or biking the various trails of the Bay Area.

Kyle Luevano has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014 and has been with the firm since 2016. After obtaining his B.S. degree in Accounting from Chico State in 2011, he began working for KPMG in Santa Clara and started his CPA career in their audit department.  

Kyle grew up in Fremont, CA where he currently resides with his wife Page and their son and daughter.  He loves to yoyo and once competed and taught kids at the Chico Yoyo Club.  On the weekend, you can find Kyle spending time with his family and eating his wife's delicious cooking.  He also enjoys golfing, biking and snowboarding.

Michelle Lee has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2021. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. degree in Psychology in 2015. In 2016, Michelle started at the firm during the tax season rush and has since expanded her role from administration into the bookkeeping and accounting departments. She continued her education at CSU East Bay and graduated with a M.S. degree in Accountancy in 2018.  

Michelle resides in Fremont, CA. Being a "Foodie" at heart, she enjoys dining out with friends, family and her Fiance Jason. In her spare time, you can also find her working out, playing basketball or traveling.

Susan "Sue" is the wife of Michael Senadenos and has been with the firm since 1989.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a nurse at the El Camino Hospital. During her many years of working at the family business, Sue has gained a vast knowledge of all things bookkeeping and oversees the office management. 

Susan has 4 adult children and 8 grandchildren.  On the weekend, you can catch Sue hanging out with her family or participating in their array of sporting and social events. She also enjoys reading, crafting or working on various cross stitching projects.

Andrea joined the firm in February of 2021.  She has more than 20 years of experience working in customer service and bookkeeping experience utilizing QuickBooks. She enjoys greeting clients when they call the office or walk in the door - always ready with a smile and a cheerful attitude. 

Andrea is a proud mom of 3 boys.  She and her husband Jedd spend many of their evenings and weekends cheering on their boys at sporting events and spending time with family and friends.  She also enjoys working out, crafting and especially serving in the Children's Ministry at church.

Chelsea has been with the firm since 2011 and helps with the behind the scenes work. From filing to billing, we can guarantee that Chelsea has had a hand in getting things organized. 

Chelsea loves all things nerd, Harry Potter, Tolkien, Star Wars, math and science. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and is an avid movie watcher.
